Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policies

Due to company policies, all shipments will be prepaid. When you make your purchase, we will proceed to indicate the day and time range of delivery of your order. Remember that dispatches are from Monday to Friday; however, we do receive orders 365 days a year.

When our motorized will leave your order, it will follow strict hygiene protocols for your safety and will probably communicate to your contact number to
be able to deliver your products. In case of not answering, it will continue for the next 10 minutes trying to communicate with you,  If this is not possible, they will abandon your address. To reschedule the shipment you will have to pay the delivery cost again or you can pick it up at our offices.

Exchange and return policies

The only option to request a return is in case the product arrives defective or is not the one from your purchase order. Remember that for this to apply the product must be complete and without signs  of use.

 

  After receiving your order you will have 24 hours to be able to make any change or return, as you see fit, you can contact us by  our service channels and we will gladly help you.
